Windom Sports ("the Service") is operated by Windom Sports LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("we," "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Windom Sports is a free, non-commercial fantasy sports platform where users draft real-world sports teams and earn points based on actual game results. The Service includes features such as league recaps, power rankings, and chat. No real money, prizes, or gambling of any kind is involved.
The Service is a free-to-play fantasy sports platform. There are no entry fees, no real-money prizes, no wagering, and no paid features. The Service is intended purely for entertainment among friends.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You may sign in using a third-party authentication provider (e.g., Google, Apple, or email) through our authentication partner, WorkOS. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. One account per person.
You agree not to:
User-generated content such as league names, team names, and chat messages remains your property. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the Service. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
By using the Service, you may receive league-related emails including weekly recaps, draft reminders, and league invitations sent on behalf of other users. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Scores, standings, and game data are sourced from third parties and may be delayed or inaccurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Windom Sports is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAA, FIFA, or any sports league, team, governing body, or event organizer. All team, league, country, and competition names referenced in the Service are used for identification and descriptive purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners. The Service uses only factual game information such as schedules, scores, and results.
You may not submit user-generated content (including league names, team names, and chat messages) that infringes the intellectual property, trademark, or other rights of any third party, or that implies an affiliation that does not exist. We reserve the right to remove, modify, or refuse any user-generated content at our sole discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
