Windom Sports is operated by Windom Sports LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share limited data with the following service providers, who process data only as needed to operate the Service:
We also run our own first-party analytics, which stays on our servers and is shared with no one. It records named in-app events (for example, opening the create-a-league flow or a scoring breakdown) along with a short-lived session ID that lives in your browser tab and lets us connect the steps of one visit. If you are signed in, the event is linked to your account. We use this only to see which parts of the Service people use, and it never follows you to other sites.
Your data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), secure authentication protocols via WorkOS, and encrypted data at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. The analytics described in section 3 set no cookie at all: Vercel Analytics is cookieless, and our own event tracking uses a session ID stored in your browser tab, which your browser clears when you close the tab.

You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time. Transactional emails related to account security cannot be opted out of.
We do not send text messages. We never share, sell, rent, or disclose your phone number to anyone for marketing or any other purpose.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. League data (draft picks, scores, standings) is retained for the duration of the competition and for historical purposes. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 14 days. Anonymized league data may be retained.

Windom Sports is operated from the United States. Your data is processed by US-based services including Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), WorkOS (authentication), and Upstash (caching). If you are located outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US.
These transfers are conducted under standard contractual clauses and applicable privacy frameworks. Our service providers maintain appropriate safeguards for international data transfers in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
