How do playoff wins score in NBA fantasy?
Your NBA teams earn points all season, and the playoffs pay more. Here is the whole scoring line for an NBA league.
- Pick
- Whole NBA teams, not individual players
- Follow
- The regular season through the NBA Finals
- Scoring
- A regular-season win is 1 point. Playoff wins rise from 2 to 5 points, plus a champion bonus.
- Winner

Does an NBA season league score the playoffs?
Yes. An NBA season league follows the regular season through the NBA Finals, and playoff wins score more. Season signups close when the season tips off, so check the fantasy basketball page for what is open. There are 30 NBA teams to choose from, and Live Draft groups run from 2 to 7 people.

Is there a playoff-only NBA fantasy league?
A playoff-only league is planned for the spring. In it, you would draft from the playoff teams once the field is set, so every team you pick is a team that is still in it. We have not set an open date, and there is nothing to join for it yet.
Can I play the NBA and NHL playoffs in one league?
The NBA and NHL playoffs overlap every spring, so we want one league to follow both, with a single draft that mixes basketball and hockey teams. It is not open yet, and the NBA and NHL playoff page has the details.

Is NBA playoff fantasy the same as a bracket?
No. A bracket asks you to call every series before the playoffs start. Here you draft real teams and score for each win they get. If one of your teams goes out early, your other teams are still playing and still scoring.
